Imcon Limited is a Private Limited Company operating as Imcon Consulting with registered offices in the UK and Rwanda. Imcon Consulting will be the controller of your personal information when you access its services. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting Imcon Consulting using the contact information on our website. This information is not shared with any other organisations or individuals. 

How we store your personal information  

Your personal information is held in electronic format in secure, cloud-based storage, or in written form and securely held in our offices. 

We keep your information for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. After this time, the data is securely deleted or disposed of. 

Your data protection rights 

Under data protection law, you have a number of rights including: your right of access; your right to erasure; your right to restriction of processing; your right to object to processing; and your right to data portability.  Please contact us in writing if you wish to make a request to exercise any such rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you. You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your legal rights.

If you have any concerns about our use of your personal information, you can make a complaint to us. You can also complain to the UK  Information Commissioner’s Office at https://www.ico.org.uk.
